<p><span id="more-9"></span>First of all, you need to build psychological will inside of you. Don&#8217;t let the exclusivisms inside of you arise. I mean, exclusivisms when you say you are too busy or you have no time to do exercises. Also the feeling that you won&#8217;t be healthy with your massive travel. You should start to say &#8220;I&#8217;m going to spend my time for myself so I can be healthy and happy&#8221; or &#8220;No matter how tired I am, I should do some exercises!!&#8221;</p>
<p>Time management also really important for you with high level of activities. Although we have same 24 hours in a day, busy executives sometimes neglect to allocating 30-60 minutes of their time to do exercise. Ideally 50 minutes a day is needed to keep our body fit and healthy.
